MasterPlan
An estimated amount of passengers flying to and from DIA is 11 Million pax annually.
Once the Terminal is complete,
it will be one of the newest and modern airports constructed in 2008
That passenger stats will reach up to 21 Million passengers per year.
It is contracted and being constructed by the HKGI Company
(Who had designed and constructed the HKG Chep Lap Kok Airport)
The project includes retrofitting of several type3 jetbridges to better accommodate wide-bodied aircraft like Boeing 747-8 & Airbus A380.
RPDC has three 3,600-meter runways, one of the three RWYs will be extended to 4,000 meters to be able to accommodate the new generation wide-bodied aircrafts.
All runways are equipped with navigation aids, lightning facilities, All three is Cat1 rated.
